We are thrilled to announce that Randy Comer, PE, PMP has joined F&R as the new Fredericksburg Operations Manager. With a military background and a knack for project management and client relationships, Randy has been a leader in pretty much everything he’s put his mind to over the past 35 years. Most of all, he just wants to solve problems – the more complex the better. Randy has taken a crazy and circuitous route to our front door but we are so glad he finally made it! Go Randy!
