We are so excited to announce a major strategic change here at F&R! Due to the expansion of our human resources group to include a larger recruitment team and increased capacity to meet the needs of our growing staff, Tara C. Mosby Brown has been named Vice President of Human Resources. Formerly Director of HR, Tara has distinguished herself in the five years she has been with the firm, making positive changes at the speed of lightning and nurturing the growth of what was a small human resources seedling into a full blown majestic flowering tree of staff support…this may sound dramatic but it is 100% true. Tara has helped make F&R a fabulous place to work with engaged employees, a rewarding work culture and company-wide support system.
