Daniel Perry, PE

Daniel is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering with an Environmental Concentration. He is very well established and connected in the Raleigh region. He’s lived near Raleigh his whole life, as did his parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents!

Daniel’s launch into Engineering had a most interesting beginning. He grew up bowling competitively across the Southeast and decided he wanted to design bowling balls for a living. This led him to initially major in Mechanical Engineering. But when a school advisor told him about the career opportunities in stormwater management, Daniel pivoted toward Biological Engineering.

Daniel has worked on large residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and university projects. His interest in a business development role stems from his passion for connection-creation and problem-solving. He enjoys meeting with industry professionals, figuring out how to serve them and get their projects accomplished.  He says, “When it comes to getting a new project off the ground, it takes a village and I like being a part of that team.”
