Michael Florence, PE, PMP, serves as Branch Manager of F&R’s Fredericksburg/Dulles operations. Mr. Florence previously served as CMT Group Manager with the Charlotte F&R office, and he has been an employee of the firm since 2017.
An expert in team building, project management, and special inspections, Mr. Florence has amassed 17 years of experience in numerous aspects of construction quality control. In his new role, he will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Fredericksburg/Dulles branch, including the development of professional and technical staff, business development, and financial success.
Mr. Florence earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2003 from Howard University in Washington, DC. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland, and has achieved certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
