Victoria Bremseth is a professional engineer with 15 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing and Inspection services in the Maryland and Washington DC area. An Engineering Physics graduate from the University of Tennessee, Victoria started her career managing the accredited laboratory services for the Jessup branch and now serves a Senior Engineer and CMT Manager for laboratory and field services.
Victoria manages large scale transportation, military, water treatment including sites such as the Baltimore Washington International Airport, Fort Meade/NSA, and Blue Plains WWTP and various commercial mixed use and retail projects in the region. In recent years, Victoria has provided oversight for multi-billion dollar power generation facility upgrades including the Brandon Shores Desulfurization project, the Holtwood Hydrolectric Redevelopment, and the Cove Point LNG Terminal Expansion. Victoria excels with coordination of staff and clients on these types of 24/7 projects. In recognition of her exceptional work, Victoria was recognized in 2016 as an F&R CMT Professional of the Year.
Victoria has a passion for historic preservation and has worked caring for historic properties in Tennessee before moving to Maryland and continuing supporting historic renovation work on government and cultural buildings in the Capital Region. As an avid Anglophile, Victoria has travelled to Britain on numerous occasions and appreciates the dedication and skill that was needed to construct and preserve the historic structures that remain standing centuries later across Britain. She hopes that her contribution to today’s construction projects will help these facilities preserve through time.
