The Barclay, Midway, Old Goucher (BMOG) neighborhood is centrally located in Baltimore City, characterized by its stunning Victorian townhouses, gorgeous architecture, and tree-lined sidewalks. Unfortunately, the neighborhood had fallen into disrepair from years of use and exterior stress.
In response, the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) selected Telesis to redevelop and rehabilitate the 268 scattered-site parcels that include 94 vacant lots and 230 units of mixed-income / mixed-tenure housing.
Froehling & Robertson, Inc. has worked with Telesis to provide the following services:
- Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessments;
- Tenant-Turnover Dust Inspections;
- XRF Testing; and
- Post-Rehabilitation Clearance Inspections.
