Above all, F&R is a family business. Started in the chemical lab over century ago by Dr. Henry Froehling, we’ve approached business decisions like family ones; with an eye to the client and care for every member of the extended F&R Family.
Our senior experts have worked with repeat clients for nearly as long as all three generations of family ownership and actively mentor F&R’s up and coming professionals in both technical expertise as well as the concepts not regularly taught at university or vocational schools: client care, managing multiple projects and the undisputed value of hard (and sometimes dirty) work.
