Title

Jennifer Diesa serves as the Business Development Director in F&R’s Charlotte, NC, office, driving regional market growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading pursuit planning across the Carolinas. A native of Oakton, VA, Jennifer attended Georgia Southern University. Since then, she’s built a solid network of relationships throughout the Charlotte region and the Carolinas. Her long-term connections include owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and community leaders, all of whom have trusted her with significant projects and pursuits.

Business Development is a natural fit for Jennifer because she genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and finding mutually beneficial opportunities. She enjoys connecting the right people, recognizing leads early, and helping bring a team together.

Beyond her professional work, Jennifer is a dedicated community leader and animal welfare advocate. She serves as a Board Member for Friends of Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control and as a Humane Policy Volunteer Leader for Humane World for Animals, applying the same persistence and care to shelter animal advocacy that guides her business approach.

Jennifer’s weekends usually involve family, friends, her dogs, and getting outside whenever she can. She may be gardening, maintaining her sourdough starter and experimenting with new recipes, playing Mahjong, or spending time with her grandchildren. Give her the ocean, sunshine, and a good book, and she’s very happy!

What initially attracted Jennifer to F&R was our reputation, deep roots, and history. Since joining the team, she’s been especially impressed by the depth of technical expertise and how willing people are to collaborate and share their knowledge. She’s excited about the opportunity to help build on F&R’s relationships, create new connections, and contribute to the continued growth of the Charlotte market.

“My approach is to listen first, ask good questions, connect people and ideas, and then help keep everyone focused on moving toward the goal.” – Jennifer
