We are thrilled to announce a senior addition to our team in keeping with F&R’s continued efforts to strive toward success and strategic alignment. Allen Parker, P.E., has joined F&R as a Regional Vice President. Allen is partnering with the President and our senior management team to lead operational improvements and market growth in eastern Virginia and Maryland.
Allen has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and construction testing, and his straightforward, solutions-oriented management style has allowed him to have a significant positive impact on the firms with which he has been a part over the past decade.
Allen received his BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College in PA and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is a registered Professional Engineer in VA, GA, NC, and SC. Allen will be based in F&R’s Fredericksburg operations center when not traveling to offices to support operational initiatives.
