F&R is pleased to welcome Jennifer Diesa as our new Business Development Director in Charlotte, NC. In this role, she will help drive F&R’s regional market growth, form new and strengthen existing client relationships, and collaborate on strategic planning for pursuits.
Jennifer brings industry leadership and experience driving revenue growth. She is known for connecting people, organizations, and opportunities while creating long-term partnerships in commercial construction. Previous career highlights include managing a $565-million business development pipeline and achieving $130 million in annual sales in 2025. She has worked extensively throughout the local region, expanding market presence across Charlotte, Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is a committed community leader and animal welfare advocate, serving as a Humane Policy Volunteer Leader for Humane World for Animals and as a Board Member for Friends of Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control.
Jennifer attended Georgia Southern University and has completed advanced professional development programs in sales methodology, AEC business development strategy, and executive public speaking.
