Your projects are of the utmost importance to us at F&R.  Therefore, we would like to take a moment to inform you of our Business Continuity Plan throughout these impactful days and weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is our top priority to protect the health of our colleagues, families, clients and communities as we continue to provide you with the high quality services you’ve come to expect from F&R.

Beginning today we have implemented a plan that will enable us to follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention while we perform our regular duties in the field, laboratory and office.  This plan includes operational location-specific measures such as:

TELEWORK

Our IT infrastructure has robust remote work capabilities for all communal office staff.  All who need it are provided the necessary support and equipment to work from home while still staying in touch with clients and project teams to keep your projects running smoothly.

EQUIPMENT SANITATION PROTOCOLS

An aggressive sanitizing regimen is being employed with respect to field, laboratory and office equipment to protect the safety of our employees and clients.  In addition, all staff are practicing a mandatory personal hygiene routine as they go about their daily responsibilities.

SUSPENSION OF ELECTIVE TRAVEL AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS

As F&R has the in-house capabilities to conduct “virtual” meetings, all non-essential travel has been halted for the near future.

CONSTANT COMMUNICATION

As part of our continuity plan and to ensure that all 400 of our employees are immediately notified of updates to operations and policy, F&R has implemented a company-wide emergency notification system.

MANDATORY SELF QUARANTINE

Finally, and most importantly, all members of the F&R team are instructed to stay home if they are sick.  No exceptions.

If you need anything please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.  The A/E/C industry is a strong one and we will continue to be a thriving professional community by supporting each other during this unprecedented time.  Stay well.
