F&R would like to give a warm welcome to Matt Ouzounis, who joins our firm as Safety Manager in our Corporate Office in Richmond, VA.
Matt holds more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry, including extensive experience in implementing and leading jobsite safety programs. He has focused on site safety, quality standards, and the creation of proactive safety cultures across diverse projects. His core skills include OSHA compliance, hazard mitigation, employee training, and field-level risk reduction. Matt’s background also includes managing multi-site operations and conducting safety inspections and root cause investigations to ensure compliance.
