We are pleased to announce that Alex Sabra has joined F&R as Business Development Manager for our Columbia, MD, operations. Alex brings more than 18 years of leadership in the A/E/C and infrastructure consulting industries. He is a recognized subject matter expert in business development, proposal strategy, and market intelligence.
Alex previously served as principal and partner at a regional consulting firm, where he led high-value contract pursuits and built strong networks with state and local infrastructure agencies. His expertise includes SWOT analysis, strategic planning, marketing, business development, operational growth, market strategy, client relations, staff mentoring, and service expansion.
In his new role, Alex will drive market growth, increase brand exposure, and strengthen long-term client relationships across Maryland and the greater D.C. area. He will collaborate with branch leadership and operational staff to guide business development planning, monitor lead pipelines, and support RFP and SOQ submissions.
