F&R is pleased to announce that Enow Nkwanyuo has joined the firm as Geotechnical Department Manager in our Dulles, VA, branch office. Enow brings extensive technical and leadership expertise to his new role, drawing from his prior experience at several prominent A/E/C firms. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and has more than 15 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, construction management, and inspections across the Mid-Atlantic region. He has supported projects in multiple sectors including energy, transportation, utility, water/wastewater, and commercial real estate development.
Throughout his career, Enow has successfully directed technical operations, financial management, and business development for multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. He prioritizes helping public and private clients manage risk by delivering cost-effective, practical engineering solutions to subsurface challenges.

Enow holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Washington University and is completing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering at George Mason University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) National Capital Section Geo-Institute (G-I).
