F&R is pleased to announce Joseph Cedillo’s promotion to Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Department Manager in our Charlotte, NC, office. Joseph joined us in 2023 as a CMT Staff Engineer and immediately made a positive impact, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience in roles including field engineer, staff engineer, and project manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
Joseph’s background and experience supervising CMT programs on high-level projects, as well as mentoring junior staff, have well-positioned him for this new role. As CMT Department Manager, he will oversee the daily CMT operations and long-term planning. He will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, with a new focus on strategic management and team leadership.
