Jessyca Woodruff, PE

Fresh out of college, Jessyca joined F&R Roanoke in 2003 and through the years, she has become known professionally among contractors, municipalities and other project stakeholders for her excellent communication and project management skills. Her ability to stay on top of projects, issue reports, and respond to client’s needs is stellar. She has received countless accolades from clients on her capacity to keep projects moving forward even when crises occur.

Since being promoted to Manager of the Construction Services Division where she was tasked with overseeing the daily operations of a VERY busy technical staff, Jessyca has proven her value time and time again during a tumultuous phase in the office and in the Roanoke economic climate as a whole. She has handled it all with unflappable skill while minimizing impacts on the office and her staff. Jessyca is one half of a husband and wife inspection team (her husband William is also on staff) and she has been rewarded for her dedication as a past “CMT Professional of the Year”. In fact, Jessyca’s so good she was  promoted to Manager of the Roanoke office.

In this role, Jessyca spearheads the efforts of the Roanoke team to serve F&R’s largest geographic footprint company-wide. She directs the growth, initiatives, and client development of the office. She manages her office and clients with singular devotion and is most gratified by the parts of her job where a project goes from a mud hole of problems and challenges to something special, like a local library she can visit with her kids.
