F &R was selected to provide a full suite of construction materials testing and inspections services for the Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center at Andrews Air Force Base. This $214.8 million project involves the construction of a 344,544 square foot facility that will house medical, ancillary, and support functions. The Dental Clinic will be a 26,612 square foot facility, used to meet general and advanced dental needs of all eligible beneficiaries in the National Capital Region and support an expanding Advanced Education General Dentistry Residency program. These new facilities are anticipated to achieved LEED® Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
